Pathways Center - Addictive Diseases

Individuals and their families challenged with chemical dependency issues are eligible for services through Pathways Addictive Disease programs.  Services extended to consumers and their families are:

Outpatient - consisting of diagnostic assessment:  counseling (individual, family, and group, as needed), education (regarding pychophysiological impact of use, abuse and dependence, relapse prevention, and identification of support services), medical support (physician and nursing assessments), medication administration and monitoring (as needed):  and referral.

Detoxification - supervising medical withdrawal from addictive substances in a controlled environment.  Also, the detoxification program introduces the consumer and their families to the recovery process.

Education - in addition we provide education and information about addictive disease to schools, community groups, businesses, civic clubs, churches and other organizations.  We actively promote prevention of addictive disease through information and education.
