Individuals and their families challenged with chemical dependency issues are eligible for services through Pathways Addictive Disease programs. Services extended to consumers and their families are: Outpatient - consisting of diagnostic assessment: counseling (individual, family, and group, as needed), education (regarding pychophysiological impact of use, abuse and dependence, relapse prevention, and identification of support services), medical support (physician and nursing assessments), medication administration and monitoring (as needed): and referral.
