The board is responsible for creating and maintaining Pathways Center vision and mission.  They provide guidance and oversight over the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.  The Board of Directors has final authority over the accountability of our programs and services.

The Board meets quarterly with the Senior Executive Team to review status of programs and projects.  In addition, the Board ensures Pathways Center is operating in a fiscally and financially responsible manner.
