Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure that will allow Pathways Center to continue to grow and fulfill its mission.

Provides leadership to the following administrative support functions: Accounting/Payroll, Procurement/Purchasing, Information Technology, Medical Transcription and Billing, Facility Maintenance and Support, Food Services, and Facility Safety/Security

Licensed Clinical Social Worker – 1st Shift Meriwether Manages and directs the clinical activities of a 24/7 mobile crisis team for persons with Behavioral Health and/or developmental disabilities in a multi county area.  Performs functional assessments, monitors the mobile crisis team to ensure supports are identified by team members in accordance with the intent of the program.  Serves as the lead clinician in providing oversight for mobile crisis team to identify services to resolve the crisis situation.  Provides consultation, training and supports to team members, consumers and natural supports.   Open Until Filled

Clinical Site Supervisor – Outpatient Clinic Troup Manages, coordinates and directs the social service activities of a program.  Provides persons, families, or vulnerable populations with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses, physical or developmental disabilities   Provides patient education and counseling, advises caregivers, and makes necessary referrals for other social services.  Supervises and plans work of assigned staff. Site Supervisor – Turner Center Intensive Residential Treatment Program

 Meriwether

Manages, coordinates and directs the social service activities of a child and adolescent residential forensic unit.   

Works with children and adolescents.  Ensures implementation of competency restoration programs.  Develops behavioral based programs and coordinates the delivery of clinical services within the program.  Works with external entities around placement and discharge/transition planning
