Pathways Center for Behavioral and Developmental Growth is a human service agency serving over 8400 people throughout Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson Counties. Our managers, service providers and support staff work as a team in collaboration with consumers, families and communities to provide individualized rehabilitation and/or treatment for those challenged with mental health, addictive disease, or developmental disability issues.
We are a unique team of caring, compassionate behavioral healthcare professionals working together for the betterment of our consumers. We differentiate ourselves from all other organizations in the behavioral healthcare field as people dedicated to quality care determined to provide excellent service. Employees of Pathways Center for Behavioral and Developmental Growth have the opportunity for professional growth and continuous learning in the social service and behavioral healthcare fields through clinical supervision programs, peer specialist opportunities, and internal promotions. Pathways Center provides employees the necessary training, whether formal or informal, to equip them with the ability to effectively provide quality services to our consumers.
