Mark Painter, LPC
Mark is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who joined the Pathways Center team in September 2011. Mark is a graduate of the University of West Georgia. Mark has over sixteen years of experience providing direct care in the state of Georgia. His responsibilities extend beyond that of a licensed provider for the Pathways Center organization. Mark is also the Site Supervisor for the outpatient clinic in Newnan.

Shannon Crenshaw, LPC
Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who joined the Pathways Center team in May 2012. Prior to joining the Pathways Center team, Shannon worked with Active Transitions LLC and the Alabama Department of Human Services. Shannon is a graduate from the University of New Orleans. Shannon has been providing direct care and treatment for over ten years.

Shevander Dykes, LAPC
Shevander is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) who joined the Pathways Center team in January 2013.  Prior to joining Pathways Center, she worked with Family Ties, Inc in Atlanta and completed her internship with Willowbrook, a part of Tanner Health System in Villa Rica, GA.  Shevander is a graduate of Argosy University in Atlanta where she obtained her Masters of Arts degree in Community Counseling.  Shevander has been providing direct care in the Atlanta area for over three years.

 
Dr. Winston Pineda, MD
Dr. Pineda is a board certified Psychiatrist who began working with the Pathways Center organization in June 2008.  Dr. Pineda is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Pineda has been providing psychiatric treatment and care to children and adults for over fourteen years within the states of Alabama and Georgia.
